To be improved

Accommodation is on the same road and premises as a posh hotel so external appearance is run down in comparison. It was also hard to find, because on Booking.com the accommodation had the same name as the hotel and not the actual name of the apartments - Mallorca North Apartments This meant we went into the hotel thinking it was our accommodation but it wasn’t and that was disappointing There was no electrical connection for the kettle so we had to boil water in a pan every time we wanted a hot drink Cutlery and crockery and pans were dirty Main door opened onto a bedroom with not much space to get through eg. With shopping bags Mosquitos came in every time we opened front or back door- very uncomfortable and stressful Unable to sit outside because of the mosquitoes Accommodation is next to stagnant water because the nature reserve is just behind - so this is difficult to change Light switches were difficult to match up to the lights and some didn’t work Plaster was coming off the wall in double bedroom Sofa and sofa cushions did not smell pleasant
