“Ecellent stay”

The best

I highly recommend this location, excellent price-quality ratio. Special thanks to the reception staff as they've been able to help us solve a misunderstanding produced as we made the booking. The flat was very clean, with a spacious terrace/balcony. We would return to this location with pleasure.

Swimming pool area was a bit bare. Would have liked separate bins for recycling, No toiletries but supermarket nearby sold essentials.

“Better Then Expected. except 1 person....”

Impressed with this hotel and just stayed for 7 nights. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It had everything you could possibly want and more. Kitchen towel, washing up liquid etc. But no MICROWAVE ?? used the oven and hob instead. All rooms had windows, air-conditioning in the bedroom and lounge, and most importantly, internet TV ;-)) Only 5 minutes to the beach. 15 minutes to the Yumbo Centre. ** All staff were exceptional, except 1 staff member "Wan" details below **

No Microwave ???? :-( Staff member Wan. On returning to the hotel, on a SUNDAY. Another guest was clearly complaining about something. but in Germen.. Shouting etc. 15 minutes later, wan rang our room and stated we should have checked out on Saturday ?? I stated no, we leave on Tuesday. But again he insisted and then mentioned "taxi" Do you want a taxi ???. I went down and showed him our booking to confirm. to which he said "you misunderstood, due to language barrier....." Did not apologies at all :-(

“We had a great time”

We have stayed here before and will do so again. The location is excellent as it is close to the beach or at least the road to the beach as well as restaurants, grocery stores and the Yumbo centre. We had a apartment on the garden side of the building which made it much quieter than on the street side. The apartment is serviced most days. The pool is huge and clean with ample umbrellas and sun beds.

There is no dishwasher machine but the service lady washed up (although we mostly did it ourselves). Be aware there are mosquitos so come prepared.
