Food ,staff , pool area , We had a great time 2 nights stay clean and central Only one gripe entertainment was poor .....

The worst hotel I have ever stay in my life. The staff are RACIST. if they don't like you, they will never speak English with you. If you're a black or Asian person, please avoid going to this country or even this hotel. Because these people are not human when it comes to treating black people like human beings. I booked for a poor view, But because I was a black woman, the reception is decided to give me A room very far away from the pool and in a very bad condition. The bath in the room was in a very bad condition. Because I couldn't even have a bathe or have a shower the 1st day I arrive. The staff have no manners when it comes to a black person. I said, it's because every time i go to have my breakfast or my lunch. I can see every single one of them cleaning.All the white people table, but they would never clean my table while I am still sitting at a table, but they will clean all the white people table while they are all at their table. That is how bad and racist they are. The guy who was at the bar saving the drink was the worst of them. He has no manners, no respect, but every time I see him with the other white people. You could see how respectful to them, but when he comes to a black person. His behaviour was like. I shouldn't be there. He made me pay for a drink even when I booked for all inclusive, The racism in this hotel. Is so bad that I believe these people are still 30 years behind time. Please, if you're a black person, avoid going to this country or should I say the hotel. Because this place is the last place you want to go to for a holiday? Trust me. You will regret ever stepping your foot in that hotel. If I have my way. I will download a lot of videos for everyone to watch.
