“Misleading Description - Not a three bedroom house”

I booked Club Litoral as the description is a three bedroom house - it is misleading it is two separate properties with two separate entrances. I was travelling with my 4 year old son and 80 year old mother we couldn't stay in two separate properties. I contacted the owner to request a cancellation or to rebook when I was not with my son. They refused to refund or allow me to rebook for another date. They have refused to refund the cost of cleaning and pool heating which we didn't use as I had to cancel and book another house total refund due €1435. The hosts are rude and they are aware that their description is false, they accused me of fraud and being rude to their staff which is completely false.

“Beautiful beach home in Nerja!”
The best

Beautiful home with a beautiful view! My family and friends had a great stay here in Nerja. The home was clean upon arrival, looked just like the pictures, had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, and was just a short walk to the beach!

To be improved

It was a little difficult to find the home via Google Maps and Apple Maps. But once we did it was great!

“Very modern and luxurious”
The best

Everything about this property was exceptional. We were a family of 5 adults and the comfort, space, facilities and design this villa offered was exceptional. We enjoyed our private plunge pool and the host was a message away and Sam went over and beyond to respond to any queries. The villa is beautiful, every room is decorated and designed with detail making the whole holiday experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself was a holiday within a holiday. The kitchen had every modern equipment you would need to cook comfortably. Each of the rooms were ensuite. The upstairs has its own kitchen and living space and the downstairs has its own. I would happily book this villa again in the future.

To be improved

No complaints with the villa, only issue was that please note the villa is quite high up on the hills and to get to Burriana Beach and back you would need to get up and down lots of steps.

Beautifully fitted out and furnished - 2 separate living areas and balconies were perfect for our group - south facing balconies were lovely in afternoon and evening - private parking (very much at a premium in Nerja)

Goes with territory in Nerja but steep steps to apartment from beach - everything else was lovely
