“A home away from home”
The best

I have to start this review with the AMAZING STAFF, from the tall reception lady (German? Can’t remember her name) who did our check in and told us all about the hotel and had snacks for us at 3am, to the lovely team at the restaurant (Samuel, Irene y mas), lovely team from the bar (Sr Tomas, Cristiano y Fouad) and to the entertainment staff (Damaris y las chicas). We stayed at the 1st building, The 1 bed flat was fine for us, loved the rain shower in the bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed too! The entertainment varied every evening, awesome belly dancing, the quizzes, karaoke etc, for the kids they had a mini disco (30min), during day time activities such as colouring, games, badminton, volleyball. Food at the restaurant was good and varied every evening , I would suggest a bit more veggie options. The hotel is 10min away from the beach and LIDL supermarket, perfect for stocking up or grabbing a snack. La pasamos muy bien y gracias a todos por su contribución para que los huéspedes disfruten!

To be improved

The only think I can suggest is that the swimming pool could have been descending and not straight 1.8m, for the younger kids.

“A great hotel with comfortable rooms and a very good location: close to the sea, various restaurants, and a supermarket. There was also an Italian restaurant next door. We dined at the hotel, and all the food and drinks were very tasty. The pools were nice and clean — two deep for adults and one for children. There were also opportunities to play different sports on the hotel grounds or go to the gym. The hotel offered entertainment programs for both children and adults. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! · Cons: The kitchen stove in the room was a bit strange. In the bathroom, there was only liquid hand soap and a body wash in the shower — no separate shower gel or shampoo. The staff weren’t very helpful with some of the questions we had: for example, when we needed a thermometer to check a temperature, they just told us to buy one at a pharmacy; when we asked about a transfer, they only pointed out where the bus stop was and where to find taxis in town. However, none of this had a negative impact on our overall stay.”

However, none of this had a negative impact on our overall stay.

Spacious parking possibility with trees. · Cons: Although the standard apartment look like in the pictures the reality is different.
