“Great location and parking”
The best

I really appreciated the welcome pack (water, coffee /tea sachets, wine) particularly as there were no shops open on my arrival. Great location, parking available most of the time on site in the small car park and always very nearby on the road outside. Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants/bars in main La Paz strip, but in a quiet location so perfect mix of both. Cleaning was regular and on time throughout the stay and the apartment has everything needed for a self-catering stay, including excellent cooking/kitchen and laundry facilities. Great view and evening sunshine on large balcony. Lovely, clean rooftop pool area although it was a shame about opening hours (9:30-17:30)...presumably due to there also being residential apartments on site? Complex felt secure (entrance from evening is locked and access is with code and key) and noticed there is a nightly visit from security person which was reassuring as a sole traveller. Friendly and helpful staff. All round this was excellent no frills self-catering accommodation with a great location for exploring the Island or staying around the local area.

To be improved

The apartment is located near the entrance and due to the location of the bedroom do expect some likelihood of disturbance to sleep due to noise from others at times (particularly if a longer stay...or at weekends). The shower requires replacement and there is a skill to ensuring the bath plug stays in place when filling (😂), occasional unpleasant smells (due to plumbing?) but very useable, good size bathroom and sufficient hot water. Would have appreciated the opportunity to go for a swim after a day out walking, etc so it's a real shame about the pool opening time being so restrictive.

Uncomfortable pillows, no elevator for luggage (up to 3rd floor), run down interiors, beach closed due to wastewater pollution, very expensive considering what they offer.

Very nice place with a fantastic view to the ocean and mountains There was everyting you need - washing machine, hairdryer even an ironing machine

The pool closed at 18:00 and I dont think was heated
