“Location: 10/10, right across beach. Dozens of shops around for everything. Very family friendly environment within and in surrounding areas. Live music on the beach, all the way from 10pm to 3am (maybe more but i went back. 5min walk from hotel).. Enjoyed it more than Iberostar Palma. Amazing family friendly nightlife option. Staff: 10/10, super friendly, very attentive to whatever you needed. Reception (Sergi and the rest), pool/lifeguard, breakfast/dinner (chef alejandra) spa (christina) all super helpful and great at their roles. Facilties 8/10. Everything was clean but some things a bit older. It's a town-like area so hotel facilities are not comparable to a city-like 4 star hotel. But still plenty to do. Performances every night, breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing value with lots of variety every day. Pool area was big enough and almost always you can find sunbeds and cabanas. Hands down the top choice for Cala Millor. · Cons: Nothing I didn't like. Some maintenance and facility upgrades would be even better.”

“Nice place to stay with little kids, but the hotel needs some renovations.”
The best

The location is pretty good, the hotel is located at the middle of Cala Millor beach. If someone prefers a more calm, more quiet area this hotel is not the best option. With little kids it was comfortable ‘cuz everything is nearby. The food was delicious, the employees are really friendly and helpful. I have to point out Lyon at the reception. And last but not least the hotel is pretty clean in spite of the full house.

To be improved

The rooms are a bit oldish, they have to be renovated for this price range. From our balcony (414) there is a sea view but at first you have to see through the “mess” of the birds. It is really disgusting. The coffee is not good, the coffee machines in the restaurant make very bad ones. The filter option is better. The timing of the meals is not logical. The breakfast starts quiet late, at 8 AM, in comparison the lunch starts at 1 PM, and the dinner starts really early, at 6 PM. I guess for this reason the pool is closing at 6 PM too which is non sense, since the sun is still up at this hour during summer time. I would consider reforming the timing of these. And last, the animation for the kids would be better if the songs of mini disco were not only german. You should think about other nations too. You are in Spain, you can show Spanish songs or if not, the English ones would be a golden mean. The kids club also needs more toys in case of bad weather.

It was very clean; the food was great. The hotel is right on the beach. There is entertainment for both kids and parents every day. The swimming pool was wonderful. The spa was also great.

“Good location for beach and kids, don't ask for a transfer though”
The best

The location was great for the beach and restaurants etc, everything you need on holiday. Beds were comfy, air con worked really well, shower was powerful, staff were nice

To be improved

We were told we could book a transfer to the airport but when we went to reception they said no, there is a 3 day notice they need....i can't find it to say that anywhere, so we were let down and a bit put out. Hey, if you don't want our money that's too bad. Also, the non smoking rooms should be all on the same floor...we were next to two faggys and so we couldn't sit on the balcony as it was rank and stank so bad, not great
