“Excellent!”

The best

The facilities and staff were excellent. Our room was fabulous and situated perfectly within the grounds. The food was excellent and the entertainment was also great most nights. It was a pleasure to stay and would highly recommend.

To be improved

The location was not very near to any other nice bars or restaurants, although some were situated about 15 mins walk.

“Excellent service, large pool area, and a beautiful beach nearby”

The hotel was amazing overall – clean, stylish, and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was superb with a huge variety of fresh and tasty options. They even serve coffee directly to your table, which is a nice touch. An early breakfast was available free of charge on our departure day, which was really convenient for our early flight. The hotel is within walking distance of a beautiful, wide beach – very convenient for beach days. The outdoor pool is large and well-kept, with great food and drinks available at the pool bar – and they bring your order right to your sunbed. There was background music playing at the pool every day, which created a nice atmosphere. Even near the pool bar where the speakers were located, it was never too loud, and if you had a deck chair a bit farther away, you could barely hear it at all – a perfect balance. Most evenings, there was live music from a local band or singer, which added a great vibe to the evenings. It usually ended around 22:30, so it didn’t disturb anyone who wanted to rest early. Free towels and even a beach bag are provided, which is a thoughtful bonus. We tried the hotel’s dinner buffet one evening (Asian theme), and the variety and quality of dishes were excellent. The dessert selection was also fantastic, with small portion sizes so you can try several. Our room was spacious and comfortable. On our private terrace, we had a table with two chairs and two deckchairs – and we could walk straight from the terrace to the pool area, which was super convenient. The indoor pool was a nice feature to have, even if we didn’t use it much due to the hot July weather. The hotel provides its own parking lot with plenty of space. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere is calm and quiet – ideal if you're looking to unwind.

The indoor "heated" pool wasn't actually heated, though this was understandable given the 33°C+ weather during our stay. The majority of the guests were probably aged 45+, which was absolutely fine for us, but worth noting if you’re looking for a more social or younger crowd. While the beach is nearby and beautiful, the hotel doesn’t have its own deckchairs there. Renting two chairs and a small table cost us €36 for one day, though cheaper options are available from €15.50–€19. Many guests reserve pool deckchairs early in the morning by placing towels on them, despite hotel rules asking not to. By noon, most sunbeds are taken or reserved. We never struggled to find a place, but sometimes there was no shade available. Parking, although convenient and never full, costs €10 per day – it would’ve been nice if this was included in the room price.

“Nice quiet hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Immaculate gardens. Nice swimming pool. Lovely bedroom, fantastic bathroom and complimentary toiletries. It was nice to have a fridge in the room with first round of fridge drinks for free . Comfortable sun loungers and free pool towels. Meat cooked to order · Cons: Not much choice for starters, and although plenty of choice in desserts they looked nice but were tastless.”

“The staff is absolutely wonderful, exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help! · Cons: - The coffee was of poor quality and disappointing. - There were no fresh juice options available at breakfast. - The bottom of the pool had noticeable sand, giving the impression that it wasn’t properly cleaned. - Guests begin reserving sunbeds with towels as early as 6:00 AM. Unfortunately, many of these beds remain unoccupied for hours, making it extremely difficult to find a free one. Staff do not intervene or enforce any policy to manage this. - No bottled water is provided in the rooms, which is unexpected for a hotel of this rating. - The bed was uncomfortable and creaked with every movement, impacting sleep quality. Although the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, it falls short and feels like a 4-star experience. The overall atmosphere is geared toward an older demographic, approximately 90% of the guests seemed to be 60 or older. If you’re a younger traveler seeking a more vibrant or lively environment, you may want to explore alternative accommodations.”
