Pool area could be cleaner, there are lovely trees and a lot of birds, most mornings the sun lounges were dirty with debris from the trees and bird poo - in my opinion more resource required to keep a highlight area of the hotel up to the cleanliness levels of the other areas of the hotel. The entertainment team during the day, again in my opinion, were not that engaging and my daughter and I were abruptly turned away from a darts activity because we were 3 minutes late, this was our first day and I would expect some flexibility - this kind of put us off joining future day time activities. Also free drinking water would be nice during pool opening times, especially thinking of the many kids at the hotel - it was no problem really as there is a Spar shop opposite, but then I think the hotel misses a revenue opportunity as because I just stocked up on other items that would definitely have purchased on site if free drinking water was available during the day / pool opening times. Oh and don’t buy a pizza at the pool snack bar unless you have very strong teeth, most of the pizza was so hard it was inedible.

Location was fantastic! Beach right across the promenade where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Staff super professional and helpful
The only issue was with the Air conditioning in the room. No air would come out. After spending one sweltering night, staff were very accommodating to switch our room.

“Breakfast buffet was 10/10, the absolute best omelette we've had anywhere, and lots of other options to choose from. The location was also ideal for exploring the town, walks by the sea, and proximity to the beach. The welcome drinks were a lovely touch! The room was comfortable, we were happy that there was a fridge. The shuttle service to/from the airport was also very convenient and straightforward. Just be mindful that the payment at the hotel for the shuttle is in cash. The hotel also offers lots of activities - even though we didn't participate in any, seems like a nice thing for others. · Cons: There were a couple small things and a couple big things that we didn't like. Some small things to improve - the light inside balconies that never turns off - people would not be able to sleep with doors open at night if they wanted to for some fresh air. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. The steam room in the spa area was not warm at all, so wouldn't recommend this hotel if that's your favourite spa area. Some bigger issues from our point of view: room service comes extremely early, knocking on your door at around 8 am, and vacuuming the corridor / loudly cleaning other rooms around you. It doesn't help that the walls are very thin. We ended up putting a do not disturb sign so they stopped knocking, but we would still be woken up by all the early cleaning around us. This was never an issue at other hotels so it stood out. On the topic of thin walls, we had a neighbour complain about the sound that our wardrobe makes when you close it, which stressed us out the first night when we were unpacking. Might be good if hotel added some padding to the wardrobe doors since the walls are so thin. The strangest thing to us about the whole stay was the treatment we received, which was different from how our friends were treated (we booked as a group of friends). For example, we didn't have a kettle in our rooms, nor coffee machine, nor robes for the spa, no free voucher for the bar, etc. But our friends who booked directly through the hotel did. Also, they got better rooms (on higher floors), even though we booked earlier. We kept on discovering these little things almost every day, which wasn't nice,, but we managed to turn it into a joke. The irony of the situation was that it was my birthday, so I brought all my friends there, but all of them received better treatment and rooms than me and my husband :D So just something to be aware of if you do want a coffee machine / kettle and you book through booking.”

“Everything you want from a beach holiday hotel.”
The hotel is well situated right by the beach, with a great pool area and the rooms have an amazing view. What made this hotel were the staff though. They were so friendly and helpful. Really great.
The AC was not working during our trip however the staff were so helpful and sorted us out with a good deal which felt like a really decent gesture and totally made up for it.
