The best

Hello, I’m very satisfied with the service and the clean apartment. The air conditioning and keyless door lock system were fantastic—no need for keys! Everything was spotless, with plenty of towels and a great shower with hot water. My kids were thrilled, and the Wi-Fi was incredibly fast, nearly 500 Mbps. I hope to return soon!

Very roomy 2 bedroom on the 1st floor with a nice big window/ balcony onto the street. Clean, quiet and well-equipped. Road work was being done during the day but did not bother us at all and as a result there was no car traffic noise. Appreciated the coffee.

To be improved

Some additional floor or table lights in the main living area would be an improvement as the ceiling lights are too bright.

The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to my messages. · Cons: Many of the kitchenware were dirty/greasy, we had to re wash them. The TVs were also old fashioned so no YouTube or Netflix etc. but I would still recommend everyone to book here :)”

The apartment seemed quite new. Close to the center of the town.

Imagine end of summer and beginning of autumn. Imagine as the leaves start to fall you embark on a roadtrip with your family. Imagine your cute 1.5 year old baby wakes up while in the car near Merida and you decide to book a stay there. Imagine when you arrive the road is blocked, full of dust and flooded with loud machinery. Imagine this wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Imagine how impossible is to access this place with a stroller. Imagine you believe in justice and fairness. Imagine you call the owners and ask for a cancellation and a full refund of the 2 nights booked. Imagine they do not accept it. Just imagine what a great world would it be without greediness.
