Coastal paradise apartment - Pedregalejo by REMS

Beds are too small No kitchen towels Front door was jamming Check-in at 5pm is way too late. Normally always at 2pm. Storage of luggage should be around the premises and not 5km away at the office

It can be a little noisy outside at night, however we brought ear plugs and it didn’t bother us at all. We had some trouble accessing the key box when we first arrived however the staff was very responsive and helpful. They responded to each of our email very quickly and always answered our phone calls immediately.

The apartment was moulding in three rooms. The paint was in the closet, so they probably simply painted the mould fungus over. The "smart lock" jammed and locked us up for hours. When the door was finally opened, it could not be properly closed. We could not go out all together because we did not want to leave our things unattended. The accommodator REMS company did not offer suitable replacement and the compensation they offered was ridiculous and did not cover the replacement value. They offered compensation only if we do not write reviews and offered that part of the compensation will be delivered in 90 days just to keep us quiet. There must be a complaints book in the apartment but we never saw it.

I was already in Spain, but the email I received didn't have the stated Registration Form. Couldn't work out where to send the deposit or pick up the keys so I sent an email advising I would not be arriving. A refund would be welcome and appropriate
