The location was fine but the apartment was very tired and is in need of refurbishment. Poor quality bedding, wafer thin towels, shower door that did not close easily, old worn furniture etc, etc. The second bedroom was only accessible via the balcony and had 3 single beds squashed into a small space as if it was a storage room. The apartment advertised it could accommodate 5 people but we were only given 2 sets of keys and had to pay 15 euros for an extra set, then we had to pay 10 euros to collect the keys from a hotel, and were then quoted 25 euros to check out at 2pm - all extra money that felt like we were being taken advantage of. There are better apartments available and this will not be on our list for future bookings.

10 euros to pick up keys because it was a weekend and their office closes on weekends Filthy apartment Cockroaches Kitchen utensils and cups etc were rotten and had to be bleached before use. Air conditioning was completely make shift with a plastic container to catch the water. We were unaware that the container needed to be emptied until after the floor in the apartment flooded and one of us had slipped. This plastic container had to be emptied twice a day and our party had 3 women over 50, one of which is disabled. One of the bedrooms could only be accessed from the balcony and had no windows or air con. Doors cannot be locked due to only having access through the balcony incase the person staying in that room needed to go to the toilet. We were left 3 dusty disgusting fans to use in lieu of air con in the second room. Bathroom was disgusting. We booked this property as it stated it had a bath for our disabled guest who struggles to stand in showers, there was no bath, not only was this was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT but also shows the level of disability discrimination booking.com believes is acceptable. We were unable to use pool for 4 days of holiday as it had not been cleaned and it was again disgusting. On the booking.com advertisement for this apartment it explains that those who are renting the apartment speak English, French and Spanish. When we were finally able to get through to make a complaint as their office did not open at the weekend, Fatima kept trying to tell us she could not speak English, whilst speaking perfect English to me. Fatima then proceeded to hang up the phone every time we called. When we explained that we would be complaining to booking.com, Fatima then tried to offer us another apartment with NO BATH. Which again, was unsuitable for us due to our disabled guest. All three numbers for “emergency assistance” only work Monday-Friday between 10am and 2pm. So, if you have an emergency make sure it works around Fatima’s working hours.

Balcony doors did not lock, no aircon in bedrooms, shower hose leaking and doors don`t close easy and not clean. Had no kettle after being told we would get one. and odd wires sticking out of walls generally in a poor state and a lot more expensive compared to our friends apartment also booked through booking.comand not impressed with paying 10 euros to cver the cost of picking up keys due to out of office hours
