“The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and made the start to our stay great. Room was good, nothing to complain about. · Cons: We knew this but the hotel is a bit far from the main area (20-30min walk). Not an issue but if you do this walk more than once it is quite a lot of time.”

“Lovely queit room, very helpful staff and a good location on the river with a short walk to Gros and the Old Town. There are lots of amenities close by. This hotel is good value for money. · Cons: Unfortunately, the bed in our room was not very comfortable as there was dipping in the mattress. A new mattress in that room would fix the problem.”

“The hotel is a short walk, approximately 15-20 minutes, from the city centre and old town. It's very easy to find as it's next to the river and a straight walk into the city centre. There's also public transport nearby if walking is a problem. It's a budget hotel with no frills, but was reasonably comfortable for a few nights and good value for money; hotels along the beachfront and the magnificent bay in Donostia/ San Sebastian can be rather expensive. The young woman at reception was very pleasant and helpful. · Cons: Not much. The only thing upon arrival was the room, whilst clean, smelled a little musty or like there might have been a slight odour from the ventilation/ air conditioning system. We left the windows open for a few hours and it wasn't a problem after that so we never reported it or had to move rooms. Our room was to the rear of the hotel. However, I stress, it would not stop me from staying in this hotel again and nor do I want to deter anyone from staying here. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”
