The room on the 4th floor was quite, clean with a comfortable bed. The location is great!

To be improved

It would be nice to have instant coffee in the room rather than have to wait to go downstairs at 9:30am. Longer hours for the reception would be helpful. Perhaps t begin at 9 am for the tourists.

The bed was comfortable, the price was very reasonable, and the location was convenient.

To be improved

The pictures misrepresent the space - it is actually pretty run down and tiny. Vinyl floors made to look like wood, ceramic tiles printed in faux marble. The common space was weirdly empty. The AC was not very effective. Worst of all by far - there was no hot water.

Great place in a lovely and beautiful building. The location is very convenient and in the center of things, and I really liked the interior design, the thought about the details in thre room, and the wonderful staff. Thank you very much for a quick but very enjoyable stay. Muchisimas gracias para todo.

“Comfortable room near Atocha Station.”

The best

Great location, close to Atocha station and to many attractions including Prado, Thyssen and Sofia museums and central Madrid etc. 3rd floor room was comfortable and quiet with shutters and additional sliding glass windows to minimise street noise. The building has a lift.

To be improved

Little interaction with staff and access to tea/coffee facilities in common area restricted to 9.30 to 5 - when we were out.

“Nice and clean, great location,”

Great location, obliging staff, nice and clean. Room had a view of street and was very quiet

To be improved

Room was quite small, though this could be expected in such a good location.Coffee and tea facilities were locked up early (6pm?? - and not unlocked before our early departure). These are small issues, all in all we enjoyed our stay.
