Location, everything Clean well maintained !!!

Super location and super clean. Newly renovated. Perfect

This was the last night of our trip and we wanted to be close to the city center to enjoy the city and to catch the train from Atocha. It was the perfect location and the perfect stay too. The hotel is close to the Gran Via station and a short walk with luggage. Its in a building with a lift, so easy to get to the rooms. It is a secure building requiring keyless entry, which makes you feel more secure. The staff were delightful and we had requested luggage storage because we had arrived early - this is also secure as they have lockers and you put your own code into the locker. That way you can retrieve it at any time. Fortunately our room was ready early, which was a bonus for us and we were very grateful to be allowed to go in early. There is a lounge area at reception with a coffee machine, biscuits etc as well, if you have to wait for your room or a taxi. Our room was perfect. Designed by someone who knows how to include everything necessary in a small space, without it feeling claustrophobic or small. Its been newly refurbished and they use sustainable practices, like the water bottles, cardboard hangers and this is encouraging. There is a fridge and aircon in the room as well as a TV and wardrobe, big mirror and tea and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and lovely big pillows. Everything was spotlessly clean as well and good quality bedding and towels. The bathroom is small, but the shower is big and great rain shower. Wifi was great. It was so close to the main shopping areas, the Palace, Archeological Museum and of course many cafes and bars close by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and even though we were only there for one night, for me it would be perfect for a longer stay too. Thanks to the two guys in reception who were so helpful and welcoming.

Perfect place to stay! Exceptional location, couldn't be better!!! Beautiful well presented property, excellent service and very helpful and approchable. Will definitely return when in Madrid
