“Loved how clean the facilities were, how nice the sheets and towels smelled, and had a working refrigerator and AC unit · Cons: Initially from the outside did not look like what I booked, but trust the process! Once inside, take the elevator to the 1st floor and you’ll be greeted by a modern looking lounge, coffee station, and more! Only hiccup was I asked to book an XL Taxi to the airport the day of check out, but they booked a small taxi. With 7 luggage bags and a walker for my mother, it was a very tight squeeze.”

To be improved

Initially from the outside did not look like what I booked, but trust the process! Once inside, take the elevator to the 1st floor and you’ll be greeted by a modern looking lounge, coffee station, and more! The best

This place looks just like the pictures. The staff was so nice and welcoming and always ready to help when asked to. The location is literally in the middle of the city and u can get everywhere by foot or metro/bus. If I was to go to Barcelona again I’d absolutely book this place again and also recommend it to others if I was asked for recommendations. 10/10 experience.
