Cleanliness should be on a much higher standard. Also the hotel needs more maintenance and renovation. With small things it should have been much nicer! But cleanliness should improve a lot!!!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down on the third day of our stay and was not repaired, which meant we had to move to a different house. The pools were disappointing. Despite the site not being at full capacity, there were simply not enough sunbeds available to accommodate the number of guests. Most times we tried to use the pool area, we had to return to the house and drive to the beach instead, as there was nowhere to sit. The pools themselves were also quite small. The upper pool, in particular, is tiny and located right next to adjacent apartments, whose residents seemed to treat it as their private space—making it effectively unusable for others. The gym was also poor. Several pieces of equipment were broken, and with no air conditioning, it was unusable in the summer heat. This was especially disappointing as gym facilities are one of my key priorities when booking accommodation. In the end, I had to use a gym down the road. Given the overall cost of the house, I was very disappointed. Even the pool table—despite requiring payment to use—was in poor condition. The cues had no tips, and the table itself wasn’t level. These are small issues that could easily be fixed but were not addressed during our stay.

They could do with stocking it with more glasses and mugs kitchen utensils etc It would be helpful if maybe a water welcome pack or provide water at reception where you could buy large bottle water as you are 30 minutes from nearest shop on foot. I didn’t have a car and it was a mistake as it was too far and you’d need to be able to do a shop. They organised a taxi to collect me from supermarket and uber and bolt also good for getting around. If you have a car you’ll thoroughly enjoy this complex. Beautiful setting in the hills but a good drive to Estepona around 25 minutes - Puerto Banus is closer. Cancelada is a nice town closer by. I would recommend this place if you have a car.

Beds weren’t very comfortable. TV didn’t really work. No signal so just YouTube. Minor gripes though.

Need to have a car to get to places

Kitchen was poorly equipped, knifes were very dull but we didn't use kitchen much anyway. I knew we had to provide all the consumables in the house but no soap in any of the bathrooms was very shocking for me. I never came anywhere that I needed to provide that
