“I especially liked how close it was to the beach. The room was clean, the staff seems quite friendly and they leave some fruit for you in the room which was really nice. The breakfast was a really nice gesture. · Cons: The beds were quite smaller than I thought. The bathroom water pipe lines were quite loud.”

“Comfortable stay in a lovely location in Alicante”
The best

Good location, everything was clean and spacious nice touch with the breakfast, we had a comfortable stay

To be improved

-Limited access to outdoor terrace, no smoking allowed on terrace, with a strict schedule sitting there - not the case for many people , I know, but highlighting this for whom is the case. I would have loved to have my coffee and chill there in the morning before going out, that was our main reason for booking a place with terrace. I understand the rationale since it is a shared apartment and neighbours around but it was still a bit inconvenient. -the air conditioning is for the whole apartment which will depend on each customer temperature preference and responsibility to turn on and off from the common area (the kitchen). We turned off the aircon as advised by host when we didn’t needed it but then others might have turned it on which created a situation of ‘who left it on’ and reminders about turning it off , that people might not need. In the same time, I understand that sometimes is difficult to rely on personal responsibility, I don’t like energy waste either.

The best

Very good location, our room was very small, but cosy and clean. Perfect for a big family or group of friends to rent the whole B&B. Yolanda was a perfect host, ready to help and answer all our questions in a moment 😊

To be improved

It is not possible to use the nice balcony after 10pm.
