Location is great. Near the metro station and surrounded by restaurants and interesting sightseeing

The apartment is comfortable but not the same as displayed in the original pictures. The building has a sewer odor coming from the elevator pit and the bathroom, so we had to keep the windows closed all the time

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Plaza de España and other major attractions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

“Good location. · Cons: The apartment is old. The pictures of the property don’t match with the real condition. There are lots of restaurants in the building so the smell of the food gets into the apartment when opening the windows - we had to keep the windows closed all the time.”

“Centric apartment for max 3 people not planing to cook”

Very nice, central location. Practical mobile app for unlocking the building entrance and the apartment door.

To be improved

The couch is definitely too small for two kids (12 ans 14y). Kitchenette doesn’t have a single cooking pot for cooking, e.g., noodles. Host wasn’t able to provide one within 3 days. Nasty online pre-check-in requires sending front+back photos of the IDs of all family members plus filling out all details for each family member (e.g., ID number, full address, e-mail, etc) . Even kids shall sign it online!

“The property was central. · Cons: The bed broke on the first night. Although we sent messages this was not repaired. We had move the mattress onto the floor to actually sleep well. We asked for feesh towels....we were told they would be left st the apartment. These never came. Coffee........we were 3 people only 2 sachets for the whole duration.”
