The host was excellent promptly answering everyone of my messages about getting the keys. When we arrived, he just walked up to me and said my name. You cannot ask for a better location if you are visiting Barcelona, the apartment is right in the center of the tourist area. All the conveniences you require are just round the corner, and having the Boqueria Market down the road within 10 minutes walk provide you with many meal options. If I visit Barcelona again, I will certainly stay in this apartment again.
