The walls are quite thin so the noises from the neighbours in the apartment building can travel. The first apartment access via the app is quite tricky, but the staff are very helpful in resolving this. The water temperature in the showers can be temperamental.

The only issue we had was the kitchen chairs. Very uncomfortable and actually a little bit dangerous as they’re made of this hard wire. As a group of friends on holidays together, we tend to sit together in the mornings for breakfast and then the evenings for some chats and laughs. One of my friends nearly fell off the chair when they leaned back in it as they’re not very strong. (It also may have been damaged previously, not sure) Then the wire parts dig into your thighs and legs if you’re wearing shorts etc. They definitely need to be upgraded before someone has an accident on one. Also the lock on the front door is very hard to open with a key. It takes ages to get it open, you have to fiddle with it abit. I’d say it’s just from time and so many people coming in and out. Otherwise have no other complaints.

The view out the window was the worst. Cleaning was messy and there was dust under the sofa and bed.
