“Great location but not proper description of the apartment might cause issues”

Location was great and the host tried to follow-up on our complaints and offered late check-out as a compensation

2 major issues: - The apartment was promised with 2 bathrooms - there was one bathroom and a separate toilet only. According to the host the false English translation was the reason for the error - I never experienced such issue with booking.com yet. - The bedroom with 2 single beds is very tight having 1.8m-long beds which are not suitable for adults - it was not stated anywhere. I definitely would not have booked it for 5 adults for such a high price having those 2 annoying things. It is suitable for a family with kids only.

This is definitely one of the very best - excellent host, very clean apartment, very effective air conditioning in all rooms, incredible location - perfect in every single way. “Week long family holiday in Valencia”

The apartment had a good location and was located on the top floor of the building. There was no noise into the apartment at any point, which we appreciated as we like to sleep with windows open. The host met us to give us the keys and a quick tour and was very friendly. There was a juicer in the kitchen which we used every day. The area is filled with restaurants and cafes. There are several stores and a market close by.

To be improved

For the price I would have expected a better equipped apartment, especially the kitchen. There were not proper bowls, kitchen knife, kitchen towels, peeler, oven mittens etc. In addition, what ever was there was only in minimum quantaties. Also, it would be great to have some salt, oil, baking sheet, coffee maker etc. in the kitchen and basic soap for the bathroom. None of this was promised, but again for the price and quality of the apartment, I would have expected it in the end. The water pressure in the shower was very bad
