“Do not use MEMBRIVES to book your accommodation .”
The best

Apartment was clean and quiet. If you can find accommodation in this building i would recommend, it as long as you do not use the company MEMBRIVES as your host.

To be improved

Entry was delayed two hours as host refused to believe lock box was broken, eventually sending someone with a spare key. We were denied access to the pool on three occasions as host did not supply us with a pool pass , each time required multiple messages and phone calls to owner as a rude manager would not believe us. No key for lift provided which meant walking up a steep hill. Oven top not working , no hairdryer and no kettle. We arrived home two weeks ago and still have not received security deposit or invoice which we requested.

The best

The location is very good, the flat was ok. Overall good. But the man from the management company who looks after the flat is quite unprofessional, does not respond to messages, gives wrong instructions, asks for extra money, and then tries to not refund deposit. Beware. Having to deal with him ruins the stay.
