Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
Excellent location mentioned in multiple reviews.
Parking included in the price, a positive aspect.
Positive sentiment for availability of Maria.
No specific comments, assumed to be standard.
General positive sentiment based on various aspects.
Three separate rooms were mentioned, though some storage was lacking.
“Full of Mould.”
Was relatively spacious.
The bedroom and bathroom room was full of mould. We travelled with my son and wife who are asthmatic and suffer drastically from dust and mould.. was rather unfortunate. Seems that bathroom fan isn't common place in Spain
“Nice rooms, good location, perfect communication with host. Highly recommended!”
“In conclusion this apartment is acceptable for the price. But the if anything goes wrong, be prepared for difficulties.”
The flat is pleasant enough, well stocked and the location is great. However there are a few glitches, major problems with communication and it can get very tricky if something goes wrong. There was one key for the flat we were a party of 4. The carpark is a good 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. If you want to drop your luggage off at the door it is a fraught drive through very narrow streets to do so. There is a glass block window between the master bedroom and the toilet. This lets in light when anyone uses the toilet. There is an obvious damp patch on the ceiling of the master bedroom which smells. The door to the toilet is a sliding door of obscured glass. It is noisy and not very private. The walls are thin and voices - and the piano playing next door can be clearly heard. When explaining how to access the garage the representative/owner failed to tell us that we that had to use a designated bay. Two days later the car hire company told us that the car was going to be towed for parking illegally. Thankfully the garage were very understanding and we managed to sort it out but it was only now that we were told by the representative that we have to use a numbered bay. Do check. On our last day the boiler in the kitchen dramatically and comprehensively burst. Water flooded the kitchen even flowing down the communal stairs into the hall way below. There followed a frantic half hour. We managed we got the water turned off and cleaned up most of the flood before it could do any damage to the flat below. Or result in any accidents on slippery stairs. But I had to park my elderly mother in law and her friend in a cafe so they could use a bathroom. By the time a representative arrived, most of the water had been mopped up but it was obvious that a plumber would be needed. He left us and I waited in for the plumber so missing a morning in Seville. When the plumber did arrive he had to replace a major fitting that had failed.
“Superb”
It was in a great location. Felt secure and we were able to leave the car in the garage and walked everywhere.
The bed is super firm
“Good location”
Well; it's a spacious apartment in a very good location, and Maria (I assume the owner) was of great help as we came by car and it took a while to find the place. So I would have given a ten, but a few things stopped me from doing it. Firstly, most of the door handles were damaged, no big deal, just annoying. But the garage is an other issue. We travel a lot to different countries from Europe to Japan and Australia. We always travel by car and book an apartment with a garage or parking space if possible and so far it has always been next to or within the property. So the main reason for us was the name Colours Apartment and Garage, suggesting, at least for us, the garage is nearby. Unfortunately it was a 500 meter walk and in the rain (no ones fault) quite unpleasant.
There is actually a huge terrace in the back, with a few plants including some bamboo this could be a great spot for having a drink and relax, unfortunately it is not very inviting to use it. Please see this as a friendly suggestion.
“Pleasant and convenient location with parking.”
Maria was of great help. She sent all the details to acces the property with pictures to have easy access. The property has a parking slot available a few blocks nearby, which was really convenient. Location was quite convenient. The rooms were spacious and 2 of the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.
There were 2 lock boxes at the front, so clarifying the letter of the appropriate box would have been useful. The air conditioning from the living room was liking plenty of water so we couldn't use it as we would have liked. The washing machine did not work but we have our clothes washed by Casilda, a neighbour living in the opposite apartment. It would be important to leave the keys in the lock box at checkout to make it easy, otherwise one person needs to hold the front door while the other one leaves the keys at the property. The key from the parking is needed, so you need to drop all the keys afterwards.
