The location is good with lots of shops around and easy to access public transport.

The check in process wasn't smooth, lots of dependencies and we had to adopt the landlord's time to check in. Unfortunately I was charged extra money for only bringing an additional 2 yr child without even requesting extra cot and beddings. The flat is quite old and worn down, lots of things are broken e.g. the bunk bed ladder was broken and the land lady was aware of that, but didn't fix or change it before we arrived causing safety concerns. The bedroom door makes lots of noise when open and close making the whole experience so uncomfortable. We booked for 4 people, but there weren't enough toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo and bin bags prepared, I had to call the land lady to bring them in during our stay.

The hygiene of the property is really poor, a lot of mold smells, the towels were dirty and bed sheets were really unpleasant , had a bas smell. The location of the apartment is not really something.

The best

Not much. it was in the basement of an apartment building without a way out in case of fire. There wasn’t enough chairs for 3 people to sit at the table. Not enough towels for bathroom or kitchen, not enough glasses, no laundry soap, not enough toilet paper etc. We own a short term rental apartment and we would NEVER make anyone wait in the curb for 3 hours before letting them inside. Would NEVER recommend!!!

Almost everything. while we were waiting for three hours for her to open the door, we spoke to many neighbors, who had seen many other travelers, waiting at the doorstep with their luggage. Need we say more?

Accommodation provider access. Location and accessibility by public transport. The possibility of buying food in the vicinity.

Unwashed kitchen and kitchen equipment. In the photos, the apartment looks like it has been newly remodeled, but the reality doesn't quite match it. Nowhere in the descriptions is it stated that this is a basement apartment. The bedroom door cannot be closed (no privacy).
