Broken tiles in the bathroom floor

The shower is a bit of a nightmare, couldn't really have a proper hot shower but the place was actually amazing.

The staff was nice and helpful. However, the property is good for max 2 people not even 3. There is no sunshine inside the place, so forget about doing laundry because it takes more than 3 days to dry off! And the washer didn't dissolve the pod. There is no place to locate wet dishes after doing dishes. worse of all 15 sharp stairs followed by 4 stairs before the elevator. so, if you have limited moving ability it is not for you. When we booked at Booking.com there wasn’t a picture of these 15 stairs! Also, we saw a stain on one of the sheets. The shower was heavily closed so the water went out of the shower and the floor was completely wet. We used all towels to dry out the floor. The toilet flush never stopped running. so we heard the water flow all night/ day long. the maintenance guy came to the property twice during our 6-night stay. You won't find any nightstand to place your stuff while takes a nap or rest! It looks like a fruit box attached to the wall
