Comfortable family house with pool and jacuzzi

The pool was unusable and had been leaking. Don't think that it's maintained well at all. There was a previous review mentioning a leak. This meant that the pool's filter wouldn't work, covered in algae and about 10 inches shallower. Had to book another villa on the 2nd day. The hot tub was not heating higher than 29. Still awaiting a refund from the villa management or booking.com

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Maintenance Issues Our stay at this holiday villa was far from what we expected. The pool, which was supposed to be heated, took four days to reach the correct temperature. The jacuzzi was also broken, it was freezing cold with only one set of jets working and spraying water four feet into the air. Despite reporting these issues, it was never repaired during our stay. The management company was unhelpful and, at times, rude. They refused to speak to me over the phone and even went as far as to threaten us with eviction instead of addressing our concerns. Overall, the poor maintenance and lack of professionalism from the management company made this a disappointing experience. I would not use their services again and cannot recommend this villa.

Some of the kitchen appliances could do with upgrading and the hot tub unfortunately was not working during our stay. The host did do his very best to get someone out to fix it.

A house folder would be useful about how things work and if we need extra things we might need such as a blanket for cool evenings.

Villa is lovely and spacious. Only downside was gave arrival time of 15.00 when arrived at 15.15 cleaners were still there and was told would not be ready until 17.00. When arrived back they were finishing off, however they had been kind enough to take our luggage onto Villa.
