I booked the apartment because it was listed with a lift. And I informed the apartment that I had reduced mobility and walk with the aid of a stick . When I went to the property the lift didn't go to the floor I was on .. and I was unable to get to the apartment. I was told by booking.com that I should get a refund. Five weeks later.. I have received nothing.. I was told by the agent that it was my problem.. Chris
