“Very good”
The best

Very good location wise, as it had a fantastic pasty shop, Confiteria Rialto. Goiko Burger Shop served alcohol and had a mean Frozen Margarita with Passion Fruit. The Tapas restaurant across the road, El de diez de la Gorda, was very good. In walking distance to the Cathedral, Market, many Bazars, Tapas bars and many souvenir shops.

To be improved

The maintenance side could have been better as when I first went in, 5 lights were out. Also, the inner courtyard view looked terrible. You could see disused flats left to rot with shutters left open, dampness, and mould everywhere. There was no entrance to the courtyard, so it was left to the weather.
