1. I believe the property is meant to accommodate 2 guests as there are only 2 chairs accompanying the narrow dining table despite having a sofa bed on top of the 2 single beds in the bedroom. Although the property advertises having a stove top etc, one can tell that cooking is discouraged (very small stove). 2. There is limited hanging space in the bathroom (enough for 2 towels). The taps (basin and shower) are push button ones, where one has to keep pressing to ensure constant flow of water. I appreciate that it may be to prevent taps from being left idle but definitely something to consider changing especially for an interrupted shower. 3. No cupboards/ cabinets installed for storing belongings, which suggests that it is more suited for short stays. There is no washing machine as well (as advertised). 4. If you are a light sleeper, you may find it challenging as one can hear noise (footsteps and doors closing) from neigbouring units. 5. Do note that here are a few steps to get to the apartment unit (as per images in advertisement). It may be challenging for those with large luggage or have issues with assessibility. 6, Very quick in sending out a reminder that check out is at 11am the following day.

1 minute shower flow, then having to push the button for the next minute 😳

Some more lamps would improve the atmosphere of the place and a small coffee/bedside table in the living room. It feels a little cold. But it's not a major issue at all, just a nice touch to make the place more warm and homey. Otherwise it's perfectly fine.
