“Wonderful stay in fairytale location”
The best

We loved the spacious room, beautiful decor, huge bed, swimming facilities and dining options. Location was beautiful and quiet. Staff were outstanding!

To be improved

There was a little mishap with our dinner which was promptly solved. Breakfast times are a bit too early on weekdays. The place needs a bit more maintenance (little details) to become truly out of this world.

“Good room and balcony with lovely view up in the mountains. · Cons: A bit confused about the dinner booking and as we are not speaking Spanish we didn’t really know what we ordered. Only we and another couple were dining but the staff seemed stressed.”

“Satisfactory hotel building but terrible staff attitude to guests.”
To be improved

Very poor staff attitude, food made available to some guests but not to us. No bar facility. Staff turned lights off in the lounge area while we were sitting there without explanation.
