“Will not recommend or return”

The best

Having travelled through France and Spain for 2 months we stayed at this site for 1 night on our way to Santander. The drive down the road to the pitch was very overhung with bushes and trees which scratched the side of our van. We arrived to find only 2 other vans on site, which surprised us as it was the height of the summer. After a long drive we went straight to sleep. Next morning we went for our showers. The ladies shower block was absolutely filthy dirty. You could not close or lock any doors as it was just a screen. Hooks were sellotaped to the walls. The gents shower block were the same, absolutely filthy however my husband reported that there was no hot water and the light was broken, hence he had a cold shower in the dark. I did complain and was offered a ten euro refund (it cost us 52 euros for one night !!!) or I could return and speak with the manager the next day. (This was no good for us as we had to leave to get the ferry). I emailed the manager with my concerns who said he would take my comments onboard ! Very expensive for very poor facilities. I definitely would not recommend this site at all.

The staff were lovely. Food was delicious in the evening. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Beautiful setting.

Beautiful location and surroundings, comfortable bungalow, excellent facilities - pool, restaurants, cafe, terraceetc.

To be improved

Only slight niggle would be the fact that two or three lamps in our bungalow were not working.

“Beautiful”

The best

This bungalow is gorgeous, has a really relaxing atmosphere, and the interior design is top-notch. It's surrounded by nature, too. The food at the restaurant was pretty good.

Water was running onto the wooden floor from the shower cabin.

poor maintenance, dark rooms ,broken curtains , no room calling device, far reception if u need anything you have to walk a lot 1000m, no golf cars transportation, nobody help to get in the room with you bags15m to bring your bags to the room no even way to roll your bags you have to carry it yourself, no room service, far and limited restaurant time and food like a prison
