“Hidden gem”
The best

Collected key from bar. Parked car round the side of building. We booked a one bedroom and got a 2 bedroom apartment with huge terrace. It was too warm to sit outside but A/C was very efficient. Bar was open and we were able to eat at 9.30pm ( a little late if you are not used to Spanish mealtimes). Even though apartment was above the bar it didn’t disturb us. Went into village for breakfast but could have eaten in bar. There’s a lift and stairs to the apartment.

Accessible location in a pleasant town. Lovely flat with excellent facilities, welcoming pastries and a spacious balcony. Pleasant staff in the bar downstairs.

To be improved

No obvious reception desk (or signs), so had to ask at the bar to collect keys and pay.

Old building with clear challenges around its plumbing system - the bathroom smelled really bad and the trash bin was still full from previous guests. The breakfast was also quite basic.
