To be improved

First impression the door is made from ply wood not secure the smell hit you straight away damp and terrible . The place was filty not fit for purpose.. .I kept choking with the smell .. I took pictures. There was a man screaming outside the door and it really scared myself and daughter.. people shouting and I had to make the decision to get a new apartment as our safety was more important. Itold the owner this he got the keys back didn't offer the money back Which I feel I should be geting back I had go get another apartment paid out for that .. I really appreciate yous geting back to me as I don't belive this is fare
