The apartment is a little old and might need slight renovations, but it's really worth the money paid. Some lights were not working, and power fluctuations happened sometimes.

Room on floor -1 had patio doors to private area with table and chairs plus access to the pools. Our room 216 was about 20m walk from the lift. Rooms with numbers 18+ were further away with up to 100m from the lift.
