Nothing worth mentioning
The communication was absolutely appalling — not once during my stay was I able to speak to a real human being. Everything was handled through bots, and any attempt to escalate the issues was completely ignored. The room itself was filthy: stained sheets, dirty towels, and what appeared to be bed bugs (although the light in the room is so bad I couldn’t tell). I suffered a severe allergic reaction and was forced to leave the apartment halfway through my stay and book a hotel at my own expense. I contacted the property multiple times by calling their number to report the situation and request a refund for the unused nights, but received zero response. Only after opening a case with Booking.com did I get an answer — and even then, it was an automated message weeks later denying any form of compensation. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. Shocking lack of service, hygiene, and accountability.
