- The communication with the host is very clear and helpful - The apartment is nicely decorated - The parking place is a plus

To be improved

- The phonic insolation of the apartment is almost 0: we could hear neighbours coughing or taking showers and they complained about us simply talking - The humidity in the apartment is very high and the apartment is dark - It is very useful to have the parking place but it is very narrow and difficult to reach - No air conditioning - Not the best quality/ price ratio for 4 people

“Great apartment”

The best

Beautiful well-equipped apartment. Monica was a very responsive and helpful host. Great size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sweet location an easy metro ride into the city. Generously included metro card (don't load too much money on card as the ride is fairly cheap).

To be improved

Parking was difficult to access in a large car (due to age of apartment). Also, couldn't work out how to open shutters so it was very dark in daylight.

“Bright, modern apartment close to town”

The best

The apartment was clean, bright and modern inside with three good sized bedrooms. There was an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It was on the ground floor, and felt safe and secure. Easy walk to the metro, two stops from the old town - or a 20-30 minute walk. Communication was good and no problem picking up the keys a little earlier than we had estimated. Helpful information from the host, including use of travel card we could put money onto for the metro.

To be improved

A dish rack with tray would have been good for when we didn't need to use the dishwasher. Also, a clothes horse for washing would have helped.
