“A huge apartment, not too far from the old town with many great and cheap tapas bars nearby”

Location out of the old town is an advantage - not so crowdy and noisy. Additionally the apartment is just a few minutes from the main train station. Also many very good, cheap tapas bars nearby Very friendly host

To be improved

Just a note: if 20-30 minutes long walk is too much for you, you can complain. It is not in a strict centre. But in my opinion it is an advantage

The best

Comfortable unit for a few nights in Seville in a neighborhood away from the tourist areas (i.e. more authentic).

To be improved

Location was a bit far from the major attractions in Seville. Not as well furnished as other similar properties we stayed at in other cities -- i.e. no paper towels. Bathroom sink drain was broken and drained slowly.

“A good place for companies or families with children.”

The best

Convenient code entry - no keys needed, no need to meet anyone at the entrance. Plenty of space: three full bedrooms. A good kitchen, which has everything you need. There is even detergent for washing wachine and dishwasher tablets. Comfortable beds.

To be improved

Not the best location: it's a 15-20-minute walk to the city center. It's difficult to park in the courtyard: everything is filled with residents' cars, people block each other with a second row, and it's customary to push cars aside to leave. If you have a new car, be careful! There are ants in the apartment - it is better not to leave any food on open surfaces.

The property was super comfortable, modern and practically decorated the kitchen is fully equipped, it is close to the main attractions in town , making our staying excellent . It is highly recommended. The host was exceptional and easy to comunícate with.

“This was a comfortable, fully equipped and spacious apartment which catered for all our needs.”

Clean and comfortable. We were in a good location because we wanted to be near the train station and it was perfect. We had about a 30 -40 minute walk to main attractions which we didn’t mind as the weather was mild and not too hot.

To be improved

Slow draining of the shower. We alerted the owner.
