The staff were good. Bathrooms were cleaned and in good situation.

To be improved

my staying wasn’t comfortable. The building has renovation so there was noises. The flooring wasn’t clean. There was a bad smell of the bed items. The elevator was too narrow. Caught dirty spots in the towels. I covered the pillows in my own towel just because of the smell that was getting out of it.

the apartment was clean and the staff were responsive

To be improved

The rooms were very small and we had problems using appliances. The burner on the stove didn’t work. The dryer quit working until I figured out that there was a water reservoir that needed to be emptied. I would suggest including a how-to binder with instructions for various things. The elevator is super small and didn’t work one of the days of our trip. They should also add an easy to use espresso coffee maker to the kitchen.
