The best

Was quiet from city noises but you could hear neighborhood opening shutter windows. 20 minutes to the train station. Plenty of night life within a few blocks. Cotton club had dancing. Had two sets of keys.

To be improved

No central heat in January but used one portable heater. No car access to front door, with car had to stop around corner to load.
