Location is convenient

To be improved

No sofa bed, pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. Bathroom had a mildew smell had to sleep with windows open. Never booking again.

Location, well situated and in center of Chueca. Great heating.

To be improved

Many features left unfinished, in ability to figure out lights for bathroom. Constant and excessive odor from bathroom. Didn't use washing machine concerned that clothes would pick up scent. No hairdryer. Shower could have some sort of ledge.

Location was good

To be improved

Very small room size. Unclean. Toilet flush was not working. Booked for 3 people, but the bedroom for 3rd person was not available. Managed with a sofa. Lift was not working for some time. We stayed for 2 days. 2nd day, nobody came to clean the room. Over priced.
