The location is good but nearly 800m from beach, building is quite old but not bad, a lot of old people leaving there, flat is good furnished, nonetheless you should know that large cockroaches are living behind the fridge, and the room with two beds is without good ventilation and in the morning very loud because of neighbors. Not bad value for money but you should know all this cons
