Loved the appartment which was spacious ,clean and modern. It was close to shops and attractions. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Wewere able to park near the property for a fee and the garagewas spacious and secure. Very quick to help sort out minor problems.

To be improved

It would have been even better if there were cooking containers to use in the microwave and a few hooks in the bathrom would make it a fantastic bathroom. Communication was only in Spanish but google translate workedwell.

The property looks quite simple (and even a little old) from the outside, but don't let that put you off, inside everything has been renovated and is in excellent condition. It's also surprisingly bigger than it looks in the photos, which was a nice surprise. The integrated kitchen and living room help a lot with late night talks. The two bedrooms were comfortable and had charming brick ceilings. Bathroom is decent sized and was very clean.

To be improved

I'll start with the worst: the shower. The size of the boiler is incompatible with a property that accommodates 4 people, it's around 30 liters at most. Two people taking super quick showers are enough to run out of hot water. Very inconvenient, especially on check-out day. Apart from that, Caceres is a very humid city and the central region especially. When we arrived there was a strong smell of cleaning products and bleach, we soon understood why: the property has that damp smell typical of other places like London, Porto or Santiago. It doesn't help that there are only two windows at the front of the property and the bedrooms and bathroom have none.
