- quiet during the day but very loud in the evening (the streets and the neighbours too). Dogs barking during the night, people shouting outside the flat, upstairs neighbours dragging furniture until 1/2am. - the bed is incredibly small, you could barely fit 2 grown adults (about 70kg, 5’10) and the sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable (adult, about 60kg and 5ft). When you lay the sofa bed down there is a rock hard strip down the middle where it drops and you can’t sleep comfortably at all. - the air conditioner worked but was releasing an awful smell, you couldn’t keep it working for over 5 minutes as the smell was so overpowering, the filter needs to be changed/cleaned to resolve this - some light bulbs were not working and the towels provided were super poor quality and stained. There were also no hand towels in the bathroom, and the pillows were horrible quality and flaking. - the shower cubicle drain was blocked and we had to either turn off the shower multiple times whilst washing or try and plunge the drain with our hands/feet or else the water would rise dangerous close to the edge for flooding the bathroom floor. - just an FYI there is no internet, I can’t remember if this was advertised as such when I booked but I would’ve appreciated a reminder via message or during check in so I could’ve made other arrangements before arriving. the host was nice to leave some crisps and chocolates and gave us really helpful information to tourist the city, however the check in process was really tricky with having to let them know the approximate time of arrival and also being told (despite informing them of our exact time) that we would have to wait as they had other people checking in at the same time (which defeats the purpose of having people inform you really) unfortunately not worth the price paid at all, do not go by the reviews on here if you want a comfortable stay in Granada
