“Disappointing”
To be improved

We had a leak in our ceiling above the main bed around midnight due to the heavy rain. We moved the Bed and put a bucket underneath to minimise damage. The manager offered to move us to a different location during the thunderstorm but the rain was too heavy and all our property would have got soaked and damaged. We were very understanding and offered to sleep on the sofa. We were told we would be contacted re compensation and was offered 20% off a future visit. We declined stating that as the last night was ruined by the leak we should be reimbursed for that nights stay. Management point blank refused. We were eventually reimbursed by Booking.com.

It could have been cleaner there was dust in places the cleaning was done lazily and some items of furniture was damaged
