Conteros Centro Apartment

The only 2 good things were the location & the courtyard, but once you got into the room it was all down hill. Firstly, there is no personal contact with your host, even though they must be in the building to buzz you in. Rather than just giving you your room number & the pin # to access the key box, they send you a video to follow which is confusing because it is not a regular style apartment. We had difficulty trying to find the room & there was no way they were going to help us in person. The room was dark & dingy, & it needed a thorough deep cleaning. Brighter lights would have helped a lot, as there is very little natural light. Perhaps other rooms are better, but ours was terrible. My husband had a shower, but only got about 1 minute of hot water, not the 20 minutes we were told it would last. We were barely given enough toilet paper, so we had to ration it. The kitchen is poorly equipped.

Perfectly located next to the Cathedral in a small quiet alley! It offers everything you need for a stay. it has a small living room which gives you plenty of space.

Amazing location, so close to everything. The check in information/instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Some really good recommendations left in the room. Considering the very central location there was no street noise which is amazing!
