No plugs in bedroom very little plugs in kitchen men always cleaning pool in morning so couldn't use it untill late or afternoon nothing open cafe restaurant closed all day real shame but nice place

We spent 4 nights (5–9 July 2025) at this property and left deeply disappointed and concerned. Safety & Maintenance • The bathroom sink was blocked from day one, flooding the floor and turning it into an ice rink. • Management provided no fix, no warning, no non-slip mats. • A guest in our group slipped, injured a foot, and needed clinic treatment (we have medical proof). Promised Services Never Delivered • Reception claimed rooms are cleaned every three days; no cleaning ever happened. • Essentials were missing: we bought extra toilet paper and rubbish bags to keep the place usable. Departure & Post-Stay Shock • We departed after tidying up, with all rubbish bagged and contained. • No instructions were given on where to dispose of trash despite us asking. • Three days after we had already checked out and left the island, the host hit our card with an unexplained €80 “extra-cleaning” fee. Given the ignored safety hazard, absent cleaning service, and lack of basic supplies, this post-checkout penalty feels unjustified and deceptive. Until the management addresses these issues transparently, I cannot recommend staying here—and I urge Booking.com to review this listing’s practices.

A few things are unacceptable. There is a few health&safety issues. Main one loads of heavy damaged tiles on walkways (trip hazard), stone tiles in shower area very slippery(almost twisted my ankle). Mould in shower area and dirty curtains. There is microwave,but no power socket available. Older people will find difficult to lift heavy microwave to nearest power socket. Electric kettle with rust inside. Corroded and water might reach live wires sooner or later. Pool, over 4 days nobody cleaned pool . I didn’t see it and waking up early 7am. I could see grey mark all around pool at water level (dirt). On my last 5th day someone was cleaning it . Housekeeping don’t exist. You have broom, dust pan, bucket and mop available in the living room area. Do it yourself .They saying, they will change towels every 3 days. Well didn’t happen. Only if demanded. Tv not supporting Netflix or mirroring. Old type flat TV. Nonpartisan sockets in bedrooms ( no way to charge phone over night ). Tbh really poor for money paid. Well below Spanish standards (which is not the highest in EU). I don’t recommend this property.

My key box wouldn't work one day. Luckily I had taken 1 key out. The man who came to fix it said there was nothing wrong with it before I had even had the opportunity to show him what the problem was. When demonstrating to me that it was working, he insisted on calling the numbers out loud whilst he was doing it. Digital tv stopped working.
