Very good location if travelling by car. At Pavones where you have Lidl, all buses and underground is 6 mins walking distance.30 mins to centre. On street free parking, easy to find. Plenty of parks for dogs and kids. Alicia is very kind, communicates well. I did not give a 10 as there are no views. There is s bar nearby for a coffee. It is very peaceful. 2 aircon systems which work well and are not noisy. Beds are very comfy. Totally recommendable. It is a totally safe area , not at all shady. Houses are old , and it is not a posh area..that is all.

Clean apartment not far from the center ,

Great location! I've arrived by car, parked it near the house and then all my stay used the subway which is in walking distance. Because of the previous reviews I was worried about the neighborhood, but in reality it's a normal residential area with a school and shops nearby. Host was nice and always in touch, the apartement clean and spacious. Pet friendly.

The apartment inside was comfy and the host gave us a lot of tips to have a good time in the city.
