To be improved

I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and service during my stay at your hotel. Despite reporting the issues, nothing was done. Your staff claimed that cleaning was completed and that CCTV footage confirmed this, but this is not true. I had to clean the room myself, including the bed, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. The issues I faced include: • Excessive dust in the room • Blocked toilet drain with hair and sticky residue • No proper cleaning service despite my complaints • Misleading information about CCTV evidence
