Booked Cool Rooms after pivoting from a larger hotel chain and I am so glad I did What a magical place. The ambience is so special. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfy, amenities galore literally anything you could possibly need for your stay. Starr was wonderful Jesús was particulay helpful. Pretty courtyard and bar area. Truly lovely. We loved the location walkable to all. Las Setas, castle. Cathedral tons of restaurants. Highly reccomend.

Wonderful staff. Room has all modern amenities and was very clean. Couldn’t have found a better hotel. Previously walked out of Radisson Magdalena with rude and unhelpful staff.

“Beautiful hotel in quiet area of Sevilla city centre”

Gorgeous hotel Lovely rooms Very kind and engaging staff Courtyard bar area was super nice Gym, Sauna and Hammam nice as well Quieter area which is away from most tourists but only 10 minute walk to the cathedral.

The best

Great location in a quieter part of the city but in easy reach of the sights. Beautiful hotel. Not big, but the facilities are top notch and the staff could not be more helpful. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

“Marvelous experience!”

The room 19 was Amazing and the floor of the restaurant is transparent so you can see the Roman ruin of the first century. Lovely diner too. The staff are very attentive! Very central location to walk and see the palaces and churches
